Four Heaven's CAKES

Welcome. My name is Vickie Harper. Remember when cakes were just a cake mix and a favorite icing. Well no more. I originally began by profession in cake decorating about 2 years ago when my granddaughter had her 3rd birthday. I have always baked and made cakes for family and friends.
